Position Overview
Drafter / BIM Modeler will execute the drafting of systems for multiple construction and project types. This will include BIM, Commercial, Multifamily, Industrial projects and Healthcare. You will work with designers to draft systems in Revit and Auto Cad. Support will be available as required. Daily responsibilities include some administrative computer work associated with the standards of Engineering Consultants. Efficient time management and organizational skills will be needed to achieve project requirements and schedules.

Job Functions

• Draft MEP systems using REVIT and AutoCAD to prepare plans, diagrams, sections, and details and models with minimal direction.
• Coordinate system components between disciplines, internal to the organization and external to client’s joint efforts.
• Perform multi discipline modeling for LOD 200 – 500.

Requirements

• Proficient ability to operate and design in AutoCAD & REVIT BIM software
• Spreadsheet programs (Microsoft Office)
• Highly organized
• Independent worker
• Great time management skills

Pay Scale

• D.O.E $26-$36Hr. Salary options are also available for higher level experience.

• Ability to multi-task by working on overlapping projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain professional, polite, and prompt communication with clients and internal team members.
• Motivated self-starter and willingness to teach others.

Job Type: Full-time in office. Monday – Friday. Flexible shifts available from 7am to 7pm.
