The Pioneer Plaza complex is located in prime Boise property, set between the downtown district and the Boise River. This area is quickly developing and land is an expensive commodity.

The Pioneer Plaza development is primarily office space, and required innovative architectural and engineering solutions to maintain a high percentage of leasable square-footage. With today's ever-evolving business environment, it is a necessity for developers to plan for future telecommunications services, Internet upgrades and wireless alternatives. ECI has a full electrical staff trained to incorporate the latest technology in building design.

The HVAC systems were designed to keep the exterior zones cool and comfortable, without overcooling the interior core areas. Accurate and responsive temperature controls is a goal for all ECI's mechanical designs.
